Every subscription bills at least five seats. If you have three people, you still pay for five. That keeps pricing simple and aligns with how mid-market expense tools package teams.
One page of a receipt or invoice that goes through AI/OCR extraction. Multi-page PDFs use one credit per page. Credits are pooled for the whole company each month (seats × plan allotment).
Extra scans are billed as overage at your plan rate, or you can upgrade to Team/Business for a larger pool. Optional image top-up packs will be available for high-volume months.

No. QuickBooks is a common path and our deepest self-serve connector today, but the product is built to post to the GL across the systems finance already runs.
Any named seat that can sign in (submitters, approvers, and admins). We start simple with named seats; optional free view-only roles may come later.
